Terms of Service | Clippable

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clippable (“the Service”), operated by Cruxtech (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clippable connects content creators with brands. Creators link their TikTok accounts via TikTok’s official Login Kit and authorize Clippable to publish video content to their profiles using TikTok’s Content Posting API. Creators earn revenue based on the performance of posted content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. TikTok Account Authorization

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize Clippable to access your basic profile information (username, avatar, follower count) and publish video content on your behalf. This authorization is granted through TikTok’s official OAuth 2.0 flow. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account from the Clippable dashboard or from TikTok’s settings.

5. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of your TikTok account and all personal content. Clippable will only post brand content that has been agreed upon through active campaigns. We will not modify your existing content, bio, or account settings. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok’s Terms of Service.

6. Payments and Earnings

Creator earnings are calculated based on verified video performance metrics (views, engagement). Payouts are processed via Stripe. Minimum payout threshold is $5.00 USD. We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service through officially approved TikTok API scopes.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your linked accounts and contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any pending earnings above the payout threshold will be processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on your TikTok account metrics or standing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
